STAY AWAY. Boil came out to look at my dryer. I understood that fee was $129.00-- flat fee. The superlative of the dryer need 4 screws, and I got charged a full of $245.00 WITHOUT my consent to do this. Absolute coin hungry, don't care nearly their customers identify. Volition never recommend or use them over again. STAY Abroad!

We had Activity Apparatus come out to replace a heating element in our oven. The tech said that the cost was 652.00. This seems to exist a somewhat inflated cost for less than a half 60 minutes of work. Shame on me for not checking the company out. Won't be using these guys again.

We had action appliance out to repair a dryer. Heir-apparent beware of pricing!! We were quoted a apartment item price-no breakup-to supercede a blower cycle. When I asked for a breakdown I got told the price of the parts. I asked where the rest of the $$ is coming from - they said they use apparatus bluish book for repair costs. Needless to say we were charged - $350 (with tax) for a $xl role (plus $20 aircraft) - labor and tax therefore was the balance of $290; for less than a xl minute repair. No transparency in pricing; nor does pricing quoted reflect corporeality of work/time required. Repairman did non even open the dryer to notice out what was wrong with it, and repair took less than forty minutes. We were over charged - i would like to recollect we were not taken advantage of considering we just don't know better-merely I feel that we were and that a review to warn other consumers is warranted.

Poor service. The service technicians diagnosis was a failed drain pump. The diagnosis was made by the sound of the dishwasher - there was no troubleshooting washed to determine the result. Information technology turns out there was a rubber ring wrapped effectually my drain pump. Once the safe band was removed the dishwasher worked fine. There was no additional part needed. The technician should take been able to make up one's mind this just didn't even bother to check anything. I also want to mention that a new drain pump for the dishwasher would take toll about $30 and then why a quote for $376? I have cipher experience looking at dishwashers and I was able to detect the rubber band result and put everything back together in 1/ii hr. I waited iv days for an appointment only to exist told I needed a new drain pump when I didn't with a ridiculous quote to ready information technology and told the all-time thing was to buy another dishwasher. I well-nigh spent $900 on a new dishwasher for nothing. I am very disappointed with this service.

I called at i;xxx for an update and was told the tech was running backside but would call a half hr earlier he would arrive. information technology is now afterwards 4;30, the office is closed, and nobody has chosen. We have choice dwelling house warranty and we called them to fix the leakage from gas line. We called to ready that on Monday I got scheduled for Wednesday . I was fine to compromise with work schedule and had the technician come over on Wednesday. He arrived effectually eleven:00 am and told me that part need to be replaced and asked for closer Home depot or lowes and get approval from Choice Home warranty. Meanwhile he asked me for the $45 copay to go along further and I gave the check. I was fine with that as long every bit he updates me for the fourth dimension frame to be stock-still. he never let me know if it was approved through Choice or not , If he got the role or non neither allow me know if he is coming back or not. I was waiting and waiting till evening. Then I chosen choice home warranty to find out whats happening. They said they approved and technician will call me what time he will come. And then no news. Finally I called Pick on Thursday afternoon to know the updates. They gave me direct Activity appliance service number. I called couple of times on Thursday nobody picks upwardly the phone left messages nobody called dorsum. Friday today I called in the forenoon at 8:00 am and I come to know that they ordered the part and as before long as they have the office they will schedule the appointment I said that fine. He diagnosed the problem which was a bad igniter, he looked up the price on his lap top computer to supplant the part for my item stove, quoted the price, went exterior to his van where the part was stored and installed information technology. I was very impressed past Josh and actually liked him as a person, but most of all he was honest and did not sell me anymore than I needed to repair my stove. No more gas odor while the oven is on, no more burning dissonance while the oven is on, the oven fluctuates air menstruum positions to maintain the temperature all on its own like it's supposed to. Amazing that one petty role could set up so many problems! We are so happy that Action Appliance Repair and Josh diagnosed and repaired the trouble! It'south similar having a brand new professional grade oven that we can really relish now! Thank you and then much! I normally don't do reviews but this is my get-go feel with appliance repair and it was a bad experience. My ** washer tub is sitting depression and then i called around and i called this place on google. They Told me over the phone they charged $xix.95 to diagnose and when the guy came out he said it's normal for the washer tub to sit down low which made no sense i have never seen my washer tub sit that low. Especially where it'southward washing and spinning all over and non stable at times because it's not beingness supported by anything on elevation. He wanted to accuse me $206 to just tighten a footen which i leveled out myself which didn't fix the tub outcome. And so he said its $119.95 for him to just come up to expect at my washer when the guy i spoke to said $19.95 i kept repeating myself to make sure nosotros heard eachother correctly on the phone. Thank God it was recorded and they somewhen found the recording and said pitiful for the inconvenience the guy did say $19.95. That is bad business organisation so i chosen another apparatus store that is recommended in my area past ** themself and he said the washer drum should not be sitting low. This gives a bad experience and was upsetting you call people yous don't know hoping they will know what their doing and sometimes they don't.
